- What financial statements does my bank need?
- Most Canadian lenders accept a compilation engagement report for smaller facilities and ask for a review engagement above a certain threshold. Ask your lender which one their credit team requires — the fee difference between the two is significant.
- How long does a year-end take?
- Once we have complete records, a straightforward owner-managed year-end typically takes a few weeks. Files that need bookkeeping cleanup first take longer, which is why we quote the cleanup separately and up front.
